General Info

● Service - You are paying only for my service and a digital file, not a printed art or physical media.● Re-Post - As client, you can edit, crop, resize and re-post the artwork I provided to your own website/social media, with proper credit of my work. (link to my web)● Repoduction - You are free to use the commission or print it as long as it's for your PERSONAL use only and NOT for sale.● Image / Final work / Product - When the illustration has been finished, I will be sending the image file to your email or through a google drive link.

CHANGES / MODIFICATIONS

● You can request changes during the process as long as they don't includes large content in previously approved stages, otherwise it would require an additional fee● Stages / work flow

2. Grayscale
4. Color
5. Final details● The exception to the above is if I forget something previously agreed or its a minor change.● I will be sending updates on each stage of your commission to be approved

ORDERING & PAYMENTS


● To make a question or to place an order, you can contact me through email, discord or any of my social networks.● Once the order is received, I will contact you to discuss the details of what you want and the price of the commission.● For the payment I will provide you with a link to my paypal so that you can make the payment. I will receive full payment before starting the commission. (Paypal is my only means of payment outside of Vgen platforma).● I will start with the first stage of the commission after receiving the payment and will send updates on the status of your commission to be approved.● When the art is fully finished you can make a minor change at no additional cost, but if the change includes large content in previously approved states it would require an additional fee.● A high-quality files will be sent to you via google drive link or email once it's finished.

REFUND


● I do not offer refund, unless one of the following occur:- If requested the same day of payment.
- It's been one week since the payment was made and I haven't shown any updates on the commission.
- If your commission is canceled.


DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

● Setting specific deadlines is possible, but must be discussed in advance. Otherwise, I will complete the commission according to my schedule and availability.● The final delivery of the commission can take up to 2+ weeks, depending on the complexity.● If an important incident occurs that affects my delivery times, I will inform you of this by email or whatever means we are using.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

● I own the artwork, so I reserve the right to post it on websites such as Instagram, DeviantArt, Twitter, Patreon, etc or publish them in physical and virtual portfolios for self advertising.


COMMERCIAL USE

● Commercial use includes but is not limited to; Professional streaming, reproduction on merchandise, advertising in physical or digital format.● The commercial use of the work implies an increase of 80% over the agreed base price.● Commercial use and exclusive use/exhibition of the work by the client implies an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) there for, a 100% increase over the agreed base price will be set.
This does not exempt you from giving me appropriate credit that reference the work to any of my social media / web portfolios.
